Danielle "Cash Me Ousside" Bregoli pleaded not guilty to five charges related to theft and filing a false police report at the South County Courthouse in Delray Beach, Florida on Wednesday.
She went viral last year after she was featured on an episode of "Dr. Phil." On that show, Bregoli taunted audience members by saying "cash me ousside." The slang was to instigate a fight, and it prompted numerous memes and satires.
According to the New York Daily News, a trial for her has been set for the 14-year-old teen on June 28. Her mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli, joined her in the juvenile court on Wednesday. The mother is the alleged victim in many of the theft cases. Bregoli also had a bodyguard at her side, according to the report, and the teen reportedly said she hardly goes anywhere without being accompanied by him. Bregoli smiled and posed for photographers, reporters and even fans in the courtroom.
The teen is reportedly living in Los Angeles and working with a talent management team, according to the Palm Beach Post. She is also reportedly in therapy.
Her dad, Ira Peskowitz also appeared in court. Family spokesman Elliot Cohen said that Peskowitz believes his daughter is being financially exploited by her mother and the surrounding team. Peskowitz works as a Palm Beach County sheriff's deputy.
