ISIS has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in Manchester that left 22 dead and 59 wounded. According to the NY Times, the terrorist organization took to social messaging app Telegram to claim that one of its members had caused the blast at Ariana Grande's concert.
British authorities confirm that a 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the bombing.
Celebrities took to social media to share their condolences for the victims of the attack. "Praying for everyone at @ArianaGrande's show," shared Katy Perry. "Broken hearted for the families tonight. Broken hearted for Ari. Broken hearted for the state of this world."
"My thoughts, prayers and tears for all those affected by the Manchester tragedy tonight. I'm sending all my love," tweeted Taylor Swift.
Ariana Grande took to Twitter to share a sad message of her own. "broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words."
