Chris Brown may be in legal trouble again. The singer is being investigated in connection with an incident at a Florida nightclub, in which a photographer claims he was "sucker punched," according to Fox News.
Tampa police spokesman Stephen Hegarty says that photographer Bennie Vines Jr. was hired by the AJA Channelside club at an event hosted by Brown. The photographer claims that when he was taking photos, the singer punched him and left the venue before authorities showed up. Vines refused medical treatment, but said that he is prosecuting over a minor lip cut.
The nightclub has confirmed the incident on its Facebook page. "Incidents like the ones caused by Chris Brown and his team are very sad to see," it shared. "Assault charges were pressed and we are dealing with the proper authorities accordingly."
Brown's reps did not respond to Fox News to comment.
