"What I'm saying is that I didn't do what they say I did."

Following a guilty verdict, David Mueller maintains that he did not assault Taylor Swift.

According to E! News, the former DJ sat down with "Good Morning America" to defend himself. He claims he never groped her and he'll take a polygraph test to prove it.

"What I'm saying is that I didn't do what they say I did. I didn't do it. I never grabbed her. I never had my hand under her skirt and I can pass a polygraph," he said.

Mueller says he touched the superstar's ribs during a 2013 meet-and-greet in Colorado. "Because I was a larger person, I thought it would be a good idea if I closed my hand, so I didn't poke Taylor with my fingers," he testified.

She responded during her testimony by stating, "He did not touch my rib. He did not touch my arm. He did not touch my hand. He grabbed my bare ass."

Mueller initially sought $3 million and claimed he lost his job due to the incident. That lawsuit was dismissed last Friday.

An eight-member jury (six women and two men) unanimously decided Mueller was guilty of assault and battery. Swift won $1 in punitive damages and has said that she will make donations to organizations that support women who have been victims of sexual violence.
