A man named Fellony Hudson is facing a handful of felony charges including kidnapping, eluding and possession of a stolen vehicle after police chased him over state lines.
The 22-year-old Salem, Oregon man was formally charged on Wednesday for crimes committed a day earlier. On Tuesday, police in Vancouver, Washington received a report of a woman being assaulted inside a moving vehicle driven by Hudson, according to KATU. That car had been reported stolen out of Portland a week prior. Police located him and a chase ensued.
During that chase, police said it appeared that the woman in the vehicle was trying to jump out out of the car while Hudson was driving, but Hudson stopped her. The chase continued into Oregon.
Spike strips were set up in Gresham, Oregon and Hudson was stopped, and arrested. Police discovered that the woman inside the car with Hudson was his ex-girlfriend.
Hudson has been convicted of at least 4 previous felonies in Washington, KOIN6 reported. During his booking, he allegedly told staff that he uses meth daily and heroin weekly.
