A man who had already been banned from a Georgia Six Flags waterpark allegedly snuck back into the park to secretly film women, The Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports.
Bryan Carl Ivey, 37, was charged with criminal trespassing and obstruction in his arrest last week, after police claimed he was caught filming women with a “spy-type camera” while in line for a ride called the Typhoon Twister.
When police questioned Ivey, he refused to give his name or date of birth, they claimed.
He had been banned from the park last summer for a similar instance, according to an arrest warrant obtained by AJC. The ban was in effect through 2021, park officials said.
