A recent high school grad was shot and killed in a road rage incident. In a senseless act, 18-year-old Bianca Nikol Roberson was shot in the head after merging into the same lane as a truck.

According to NBC10, the West Chester, Pennsylvania teen was driving southbound on Route 100 in around 5:30pm on Wednesday. She tried merging into a lane while a red pickup truck was doing the same. Authorities say that the driver of the truck got angry. He pulled out a gun and shot the teen, killing her instantly.

Roberson's car went off the side of the road and crashed into a wooded area. The truck driver fled the scene in his truck.

"This is now a murder case," said Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan. "A young woman has died senselessly." Roberson had just graduated from high school. She was going to Jacksonville University this fall.

Authorities are now looking for the shooter. He is described as a  white male, 30 to 40 years old with blonde hair. He is medium-built. His truck is a small, red pickup truck, possibly a Chevrolet.
