A high school paraprofessional and assistant coach in Ohio has been fired for allegedly sexting with three of the athletes he coached. According to NBC affiliate WNWO, Nelson J. Cousin, 28, sent naked pictures of himself to three different student athletes over the last year. One of the girls was just 13. The others were 16 and 17. He coached all of them. Two were identified as track athletes. Cousin also coached basketball.
Cousin is additionally accused of asking the girls to send explicit photos of themselves to him and one of them sent him a picture of her butt.
He is being charged with three counts of contributing to the unruliness of a minor and four counts of child endangering.
The endangering charge comes from a search on his home. According to the Toledo Blade, police had to leave the home because they became nauseated upon finding a dead, decayed dog in a bedroom. Bug bombs lay on top of the dog in an attempt to kill the maggots and flies. Cousin’s three children were sleeping in the living room because of the dead dog in the bedroom.
