“Where do you go with this? How can this happen? How can this even happen in Green Bay?” flabbergasted judge John P. Zakowski reportedly said about the case, which resulted in a sentence of 2nd degree reckless injury.
Jonathan Schrap, 24, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for amputating the woman’s finger with a machete and then drinking her blood during a bizarre ritual in honor of the death of another Insane Clown Posse fan.
The victim, Shelby Neuens, had actually allowed Schrap to slice off her pinkie and drink the blood. But Schrap had actually sliced her right forearm, causing the woman to bleed out.
Schrap and his friends tried to burn the wound with a lighter and then a blowtorch to stop the bleeding. Schrap then put the pinkie in the freezer to “cook and eat later.”
The woman told investigators she submitted to this all voluntarily.
A second man, Preston Hyde, 23, was also charged in connection to the injury, reported a local news outlet.
