Back in 2013, Bieber landed himself in hot water while touring in Buenos Aires. He was accused of ordering his security guards to not only beat up a paparazzo but also allegedly had them steal the man's money and take off with his camera as well. Justin was ordered to return to the country the following year to testify, and when he, unsurprisingly, opted not to, a warrant for his arrest was issued in 2015, though it was later canceled.
The case is still open though, and Bieber has been indicted for robbery causing minor injuries; if he steps foot in Argentina, he'll be arrested. He's not going to take this lying down, though. According to Page Six, Justin believes the judge just wants public attention, and he already has his legal team working to file an appeal.
It's in the Biebs's best interest to get this issue settled as soon as possible; according to his website, he's planning to tour South America in the spring.
