Montana Fishburne, daughter of Laurence Fishburne, was arrested in Florida over the weekend for a suspected DUI, the New York Daily News reports.

The 25-year-old allegedly rear-ended another car near her home in Fort Lauderdale early Saturday morning. After two Florida Highway Patrol officers arrived on the scene, Fishburne was arrested and charged with a DUI, DUI with property damage, and DUI with a blood alcohol level above 0.15 after her breathalyzer test result was more than double the legal limit.

"I noticed an open bottle of wine on the . . . floor and the two front seats were splashed with a purple liquid with a strong odor of alcohol," one of the officers wrote in the police report, adding, "Subject was moving around constantly and was making incoherent statements such as her driver's license being different if I was to arrest her."

Fishburne reportedly urinated on the side of the road before spending the night in jail; according to Page Six, she was released the following morning after posting the $2,500 bond.
