Lawyers are currently building up a $100 million case against the late pop star Michael Jackson's former companies and are searching worldwide for more information about his alleged crimes. According to the New York Daily News, these attorneys are seeking out Jordan Chandler, one of the first to accuse Jackson of wrongdoing. Chandler had received a $20 million payoff after his father sued Jackson for molesting him as a child. Lawyers believe Chandler has left the United States to avoid more questioning on the matter.
Legal teams for Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck, who were companions of Jackson as children, are hoping to convince Chandler to open up. Robson and Safechuck say they were abused as children as well.
“Wade and Jimmy want to look Jordie in the eye and talk to him about what they suffered,” said a source. “They feel that they may appeal to him to finally tell his story.”
“He’s a key piece of the puzzle surrounding this case, and we’re not going to stop until we find him," added lead attorney Vince Finaldi, who says he's spoken with dozens of former staffers of Jackson's Neverland Ranch.
Robson claims that Jackson's facilities were an elaborate ploy to procure victims and that Jackson's team worked with him to facilitate meetings with young fans. A trial for their case has been set for March 2018.
