Lindsay Lohan's Stepmom Just Got Thrown In Jail For Six Months

"I've made some bad decisions,” Kate Major Lohan said.

What is it about the Lohan ladies and getting locked up? After violating her probation, Kate Major Lohan, stepmother of Lindsay Lohan, will be getting served with six months of jail time.

TMZ says that Kate was put on probation after an incident in 2015, during which she threatened the airplane crew while under the influence of alcohol. Her latest altercation with authorities, during which she assaulted a cop amidst a dispute with husband Michael Lohan, violated that probation and will now land her in prison.

"I've made some bad decisions,” Major said to Us Weekly. “However, these were isolated incidents away from my children. Unfortunately, my children are the ones suffering. I deeply will regret every moment that has been taken away from us. I pray this ‘process’ goes as quickly as possible.”

The six months of time served will not mark the end of Lohan's ordeal. She still faces assault and drunk and disorderly charges from the most recent incident.

I think maybe — long ago — someone put a curse on the Lohan name. This family can not get it together.
