A Florida man is in jail after kicking a teen girl in the neck for getting his McDonald’s order wrong.
WKMG reported that Barry Eugene Speakman, 32, had told his 16-year-old acquaintance to get him a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, pickles, mayo and fries. But, she forgot the fries.
According to the New York Post, when Speakman realized he was without fries, he went and found the teen. She was located in a different room of the Summerfield home they were in at the time. It is unclear if they both live there.
When Speakman found the teen, she was eating chicken nuggets. He then allegedly drop-kicked her in the shoulder and neck, stating “I thought you said you got my order right,” according to WKMG.
The girl was brought to the local hospital to be treated for her injuries.
Speakman allegedly confessed to police that he kicked the teen and was taken into custody at Marion County Jail on Monday. He has been charged with simple battery.
