By Eric Shorey

Elwood Gutshall III, a Pennsylvanian, was recently arrested for drunk driving. This would have been completely unremarkable had Gutshall not been wearing an notably ironic T-shirt that read "DRUNK LIVES MATTER" on the front.

According to KXAN, Gutshall's blood alcohol levels were 2.5 times over the state's legal limits for drivers when he was pulled over on March 19th. The Newville Police department's Facebook page indicates that he was driving a green Ford pickup and committing multiple traffic violations.

Gutshall was ultimately charged with with DUI Highest Rate, driving under DUI suspension, and traffic violations. He faces a preliminary hearing on May 26th, according to CBS.

He has not given a comment about the incident to local news sources.
