A Pennsylvania man who was convicted of killing his stepdaughter and then having sex with her corpse is now challenging the terms of divorce with the victim’s mother.
According to the Associated Press, Gregory Graf, 55, told a court on Monday via a video feed from his prison cell that he never agreed to the divorce terms. The terms would give him 25 percent of the assets he shares with his wife.
His attorney, Jack McMahon, told The Allentown Morning Call Graf was initially happy with the agreement when it was reached back in February. But now, Graf claims his lawyer didn't give him proper information.
“I don’t know what is going on,” Graf said. “I’m not a legal person.”
In 2014, he fatally shot his 33-year-old stepdaughter Jessica Padgett. He then recorded himself sexually abusing her corpse. He is now serving a life sentence for that crime.
