A Florida man allegedly damaged at least two other vehicles after walking away from the scene of an accident he was involved in.

A press release issued by Marion County Sheriff’s Office states that 18-year old Andrew Humphries left a car accident scene on foot. As he left the scene, witnesses said he walked up to a parked car, and pulled the door handle off. When he couldn’t get into the car, Humphries urinated on it. That car belonged to a Marion County Sheriff's Office deputy.

Humphries then began walking down a highway completely naked, according to the police press release. A police officer found him, exited his car and spoke with the teen. Humphries then walked to the front of the patrol vehicle and tried to open the driver’s door, which was locked.

“Why would you try to open up my driver’s door? Are you kidding me, dude?” The cop can be heard asking on the video.

The naked man was handcuffed and placed in the back of the patrol vehicle.

“Let me explain to you why you’re in cuffs. You tried to open up the driver’s door of a police car. That’s not normal,” the officer explained.

Humphries then began kicking the rear passenger door of the car and pulling on the metal cage. Police said the entire door will most likely need to be replaced. Humphries was then placed under arrest and transported to jail.

Humphries was charged with one count of felony criminal mischief and one misdemeanor count of Criminal Mischief. The Florida Highway Patrol is conducting a separate investigation into the crash Humphries was originally involved in. Police estimate the man caused at least $1,700 worth of damage to the two police cars.
