Days after Nicole Brown Simpson's ex-boyfriend spoke out against O.J. Simpson's parole, he was arrested for a DUI. Keith Zlomsowitch was arrested early Monday for driving under the influence in Palm Beach, Florida.

According to the Palm Beach Postauthorities saw Zlomsowitch running a red light by driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was pulled over and denied running the red light. He did, however, say that he had "two or three" drinks before he was driving. He refused to give a breath sample once at Palm Beach County jail.

He was booked at 2:00 a.m. and then released five hours after.

The 56-year-old dated O.J. Simpson’s ex-wife Nicole on and off a few years before her 1994 murder. He testified at Simpson's grand jury.

A few days ago, Zlomsowitch spoke sout about Simpson getting parole. He was "hopefully optimistic" that it wouldn't happen. When it did, he was not surprised. "I knew it in my heart," he said.
