Paula Patton and Robin Thicke's ongoing legal battles continue with new claims being made by the former against the latter. According to E! News, on top of accusing her ex of child abuse, Patton is now saying that Thicke has been messing with the courts in attempts to retain custody of his kid.

More specifically, court documents obtained by E! have Patton claiming that Thicke: "willfully, intentionally, and wrongfully changed/fabricated a court order specifying custodial timeshare of the couple's minor child ... [Additionally, Thicke] threatened petitioner with the filing of a kidnapping report to law enforcement premised upon a falsified court order."

It gets even more complicated. In another document Patton accuses Thicke of attempting to influence a Department of Children & Family Services officer by taking a case worker out to a fancy sushi dinner while the investigation was ongoing. E! sources say that DCFS officers were simply observing the father and son on an outing.

Issues between the couple went public in January, when Patton was  granted temporary sole custody after filing a restraining order against Thicke over domestic abuse. Thicke has denied all the claims made by Patton.

"[Patton is] attempting to throw anything at [Robin] to hurt him, but Robin's focus is their son," says Thicke's attorney. "The court issued temporary orders today based solely on paperwork."
