Playboy Playmate Who Photographed Naked Woman Is Facing Jail Time

By Aimée Lutkin

Back in July of 2016 a very beautiful woman named Dani Mathers revealed that she was ugly as hell on the inside when she secretly took a photo of a naked woman changing in a gym dressing room, then Snapchatted it with the caption, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either,” followed by a selfie of her horror over another person’s body.

The 71-year-old victim of this heinous invasion of privacy was found and stated her plans to press charges. Mathers, who worked as a Playboy Playmate, was banned from her gym for life.  She has also been on the receiving end of a lot of public ire. Despite our culture’s tolerance for the antics of super hot people, Mathers had crossed a line. Not only was she shaming a complete stranger’s body, she disturbingly seemed to have no idea there was a problem with what she was doing.

Now TMZ reports that Mathers is potentially facing six months in prison. Her lawyer says the prosecution is trying to get a “pound of flesh” in response to the public outcry against Mathers. He wants her to go through counseling and take an anti-bullying course. The proposal was rejected, with the L.A. City Attorney saying that Mathers hasn’t even apologized to the woman she photographed. He hasn’t yet demanded jail time, but it doesn’t seem like he’s going to let Mathers get off easy for her crime.
