Last year, Joe Comunale was stabbed to death after a night of partying. According to the NY Post, the 26-year-old was killed at a swanky party in New York City by being stabbed following an argument about cigarettes.

Authorities have charged three men who were at the November 13th party for the murder and being accessories to hiding the body. James Rackover, 26, hosted the party. He’s charged with second-degree murder, hindering prosecution, tampering with physical evidence and three counts of concealment of a human corpse. Lawrence Dilione, 28, faces the same charges as Rackover. He allegedly confessed that he knocked out the victim during a fight over cigarettes and Rackover stabbed him. Max Gemma, 29, is charged with three counts of hindering prosecution and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

Initially, Comunale was reported as missing. His body was found three days later in Oceanport, New Jersey with multiple stab wounds. Gemma's father is the former mayor of that town.
