Toledo Toe Sucker Says He’s "A Good Person" As Other Victims Come Forward

The foot fetish pervert claims to speak on feminism.

More victims have come forward in the bizarre case of an Ohio man with a perverted foot fetish. Joseph Jones of Toledo is facing menacing and sexual imposition charges for a December incident when he asked to see an 18-year-old’s shoes and then began sucking on her toes without permission. Now two other women who work at the same mall where the alleged toe sucking occurred have come forward, saying Jones took off their shoes and began massaging their feet, despite their protestations, according to Fox 6 News Now.

The incident came to light after the 18-year-old’s mother, Melissa Portala, shared her story on Facebook and asked other woman to come forward if they had similar experiences. Portala said Jones was well-dressed and engaging, and after complimenting her daughter’s shoes, asked if he could see them. In a January interview with CBS affiliate WTOL, Portala said after her daughter took her shoes off, Jones began “sucking her toes and her foot, and she froze and didn’t know what to do.” Portala says Jones then kissed her on the cheek “and told her he would be back.”

Jones was later arrested and has been banned from several area stores, including the Franklin Park Mall where the initial reported sex assault took place. At his court hearing Tuesday, a judge ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring to ensure he doesn’t try to visit his alleged victims who have all filed protection orders against him. Despite his creepy behavior, Jones said he is being targeted, and said in court: “I’m actually a good person. I am a business owner and I do feel I may be targeted for some of the things I do. One of my businesses is I do speak on feminism.”
