A 14-year-old Washington girl was allegedly raped at a party until she was bloody by two 16-year-old boys, and pictures of the assault were shared on Snapchat, police said.
Police went to the home of the eighth grade girl on April 3 after her father told police she had been raped at an April 1 house party with 150 to 200 high school students in attendance, Fox 61 reported.
The victim told investigators that people at the party called her “the Legend” because she was the youngest person there. She drank whiskey and vodka to the point of intoxication, at which point she fell asleep in a bedroom, a search warrant affidavit said. A friend later told her she was found passed out in the garage, the report said.
When she woke up the next morning, she found blood on her shoes and her stomach hurt, she told investigators. A day later, the host of the party, another teen, contacted the girl and told her that two 16-year-old boys raped her at the party, and that photos of her assault were taken and shared on Snapchat.
The host also told her father about the assault, saying that he had found blood in his bathroom and that he had seen pictures of her “naked and bloody.” Police seized photos from the boy’s phone in response to this claim.
No arrests have yet been made, KFOR reported.
