Jamie Foxx was the victim of racism while shooting a film in Croatia. According to Total Croatia News, the superstar has been in Dubrovnik filming Robin Hood: Origins and was hit with racial slurs at a restaurant on Sunday.
Police received reports about disruptive behavior around 10pm and arrested two men, a 44-year-old and 50-year-old, who were insulting guests and staff in a "particularly rude and arrogant way." The older of the two men reportedly "insulted one of the guests on racial grounds."
Foxx took to social media to share the incident, citing that he was called the N-word in Croatian. He also showed footage of the men being led out of the restaurant. He has since removed the videos but the following is a screenshot from his Instasnaps, viaThe Sun.
Police have filed misdemeanor charges against both of the men, but Foxx isn't letting that ruin his time there. He added the following video the day after, reminding himself and his followers just how blessed he is and how they can be too.
