A woman screamed for ice cream and her husband didn't listen. A 37-year-old in Nashville filed a false arrest report against her husband when he refused to satisfy her sweet tooth.
According to Fox 17, the woman alleged that her husband punched her in the face. When authorities arrived, he told them that there was no violence and his wife simply wanted him to get her ice cream. He didn't get it because he was tired from working all day.
The wife eventually admitted that she was not assaulted and she wanted police involved so that her husband would "calm down." When cops told the woman that she was going to be arrested for filing a false arrest, she attempted to flee by asking to use the bathroom and then jumping out of the window.
The woman was eventually captured and booked for filing a false report and evading arrest.
