Brittany S. Carter, a 23-year-old Ohio woman, has been charged with rape and aggravated robbery, two first-degree felonies, according to The Findlay Courier. She and an accomplice had apparently held up the driver at knife-point.

Police report that Carter and a partner, the 20-year-old Cory L. Jackson, got into the car and threatened the cabbie with a blade held to his throat before Carter performed sexual acts on him. Prosecutor Phil Riegle said he was unsure if the vehicle was in motion during the sexual assault and theft. Jackson is similarly charged with aggravated robbery and complicity to commit rape. The two walked away with $32 from the robbery, according to the New York Daily News.

“We don’t know why she did it,” said Findlay Lt. Robert Ring. “Maybe it was a distraction because they took money from him.”

Carter is currently being held in jail but Jackson remains at large. Carter had been previously arrested on two accounts of drug abuse in 2016, according to CBS46; she is being on $60,000 bond.
