Woman Gets 10 Years In Prison For Fatal Butt Injections

Woman accepts plea deal

A woman is receiving 10 years in prison for administering fatal butt injections. 34-year-old Alicia Clarke of Dallas received the sentence as part of a plea deal in the death of 34-year-old Wykesha Reid.

As Dallas News reports, Clarke identifies as a woman but her legal name is Jimmy Joe. She was transferred to a Texas prison for men on May 23. In February 2015, she called emergency services to the salon when Reid died.

Prosecutors allege that Clarke worked for another woman, Denise Rochelle "Wee Wee" Ross, who was convicted of murder stemming from cosmetic surgery procedures. Through word of mouth, Ross became known for her cosmetic work; her signature "Wee Wee Booty." In March, the 45-year-old Ross received 60 years in prison for injecting women with industrial-grade silicone to plump up their backsides.

One woman testified that she was hospitalized and still has pain from Ross' procedure. Clarke herself received injections from Ross and thought they were safe.
