Adam Fridson, a former New York Police Department officer, has been accused of flashing a woman and multiple young girls. He has been charged with public lewdness and child endangerment in Bronx criminal court, reported the New York Daily News.
In the first case, Fridson reportedly asked a woman to come to his car to ask for directions. Inside the car, the woman allegedly saw Fridson masturbating.
“Do you want to watch?” Fridson asked her in the January incident, according to the complaint.
In the second October 2017 case, Fridson allegedly exposed himself again, this time to a 12-year-old and two 13-year-old girls.
Fridson was finally caught on October 17 after flashing two sisters, ages 7 and 12. He was seen leaving his car and approaching the girls while wearing a "Nightmare Before Christmas" shirt. The girls were on their way to a Bible study group.
"Do you know where McDonald's is?" Fridson allegedly asked the girls with his genitals exposed.
According to the New York Daily News, Fridson had previously been caught exposing himself to a 9-year-old while he worked at a local Costco about seven years ago. He was not arrested at the time, as the child's mother chose not press charges. He would go on to claim that the zipper on his pants was broken when brought up on NYPD charges.
According to the New York Post, Fridson was a 12-year NYPD veteran who worked in the Bronx. His salary was estimated at around $107,781 last year.
Fridson was released on bail on Tuesday. It is unclear if his attorney has released a statement at this time.
