Mary Kay Letourneau And Vili Fualaau may be together again. The couple, who infamously linked when she was his sixth-grade teacher in 1996, separated earlier this year. According to People, they've been spotted numerous times and still live together.

"It's like they're still together," a source tells the publication. “They have a long history together. They’re always going to be a part of each other’s lives.”

Below is a photo of the couple with what appears to be fans.

The high-profile relationship began as an illicit affair. Letourneau and Fualaau began seeing each other, sexually, when the latter was just 12 years old. In the fall of 1996, the then-married teacher became pregnant with Fualaau's child. A family member reported the affair and she was arrested on statutory rape charges in February 1997.

Letourneau gave birth to a daughter in May 1997, while out on bail.

Prison couldn't keep them apart. Following a six-month prison sentence, the two were caught having sex in the former teacher's car merely two weeks after being released on parole. In October 1998, she gave birth to another girl while incarcerated.

Eventually, the two got married in May 2005. Fualaau filed for separation in May 2017.
