Police Used A Drug Dealer As An Informant In Tabatha Bryant Case

Police had to question Tabatha Bryant's step-brother Cyril Winebrenner and his girlfriend, Cassidy Green. Knowing Green's drug habit, they used a dealer as an informant to try and get some preliminary information.
