Danielle reviews the fashion from Episode 7 of Glee. When it comes to clothes, I'm Team Emma all the way, but when Holly Holliday appeared on my screen tonight, I found myself feeling a lot like the Glee Club. Her fun, kicky style drew me in like a Cee-Lo song draws kids who are a little burnt out on Journey and showtunes. I was ready to throw aside my cardigans, pencil skirts, and mary janes for a black turtleneck, the perfect mini, and some fabulous knee-high boots.
In the end, my loyalties belong to none other than my favorite mysophobic guidance counselor, just as the Glee kids' hearts belong to their favorite teacher.
But that doesn't mean we can't have a little Holly Holliday in our lives now and then…
Splurge on Holly's look with the Boy by Band of Outsiders Mini Wrapover Skirt worn by Gwyneth Paltrow and this black Burberry cashmere turtleneck. Or get this look on a budget with this Old Navy tweed mini and the Dream turtleneck sweater by J.Crew.
Either way, no one will forget you.
