A Heroin Dealer in Maryland Reported Lil Phat's Rental Car as Stolen

During a traffic stop, Lil Phat finds out his rental car was stolen. Police learn upon further investigation that the car was reported stolen by a drug dealer in Maryland who had had a dispute with Mani Chulpayev.
