Amber Rose is no stranger to controversy. Her commitment to reclaiming words like "slut" and "hoe" continue to inspire debate, but if there's one thing Rose isn't worried about, it's what people think about her or her choices.
Radio.com reports that when it comes to the question of whether or not Rose is a suitable role model for young fans, Rose has one thing to say: parents, raise your own kids.
"Raise your own f*cking kids, okay? I raised my son," she said during a recent episode of the Loveline With Amber Rose podcast. "I filter everything my son watches. I'm over his shoulder when I know he's on Youtube and I added parental controls. Sometimes, he'll run into one of those funny prank videos and they'll say f*ck or sh*t and I'm like 'Uh uh, gotta get that off' because I'm over his shoulder constantly."
"I know you can't filter every single thing for a teenager but if you talk to your kids, you can't really blame other people or look for other influences to help raise your children," Rose continued.
Rose echoed a similar sentiment in a recent Instagram post.
"Stop looking for famous people to influence your children. I am not a role model to ur kids. How about you be that," she wrote.
