Ariana Grande Reportedly Fired One Of Her Backup Dancers For Using A Racial Slur

Grande clearly has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the N-word.

Ariana Grande reportedly fired one of her backup dancers after learning that she'd used the N-word on social media, Revelist reported earlier this week.

The dancer in question — Lady Cultura — gave a shout-out to reggaeton artist Ozuna during an Instagram story, writing, "I love this n*gga."

Shortly afterwards, fans of Grande noticed that the singer had unfollowed Cultura on Instagram; Cultura was also missing from performances, leading many to believe that Cultura had been fired from Grande's tour.

The Pop Hub later reported that Cultura had, in fact, been fired for using the N-word; Cultura then deleted all of her Instagram content, save for a screenshot of The Pop Hub's tweet about her termination and a sad face emoji. She later deleted her Instagram altogether.

Many fans are standing behind Grande's decision to let Cultura go, applauding Grande for taking action against casual use of the N-word.

Do you think Cultura's firing was fair or nah? Does Cultura being Cuban, as Vibe pointed out, matter at all? Sound off in the comments below.
