Blac Chyna is setting the record straight.
Earlier this week, TMZ reported that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services had begun investigating the care of Dream Kardashian; Chyna's alleged drug use reportedly prompted the investigation, which was also tied to Chyna's restraining order against Rob Kardashian and her allegations of abuse.
However, according to Chyna's lawyer Lisa Bloom, there is no investigation.
"Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob," Bloom told People. "We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files."
Kardashian's lawyer Robert Shapiro shared a similar sentiment, telling The New York Daily News in an email, "I don't have any information about this."
The exes are still set to meet in court on September 18, where Chyna's temporary restraining order will possibly be made permanent. Said Bloom, "We look forward to proving our case at that time."
