Police were called in to escort Chris out. The landlord says the "Fine China" singer is responsible for rent and damages, which amounts to around $60k, per TMZ.
Chris has denied all allegations--and he's mad. He took to Instagram to tell his side of the story and points out that he filmed videos at the house just minutes before the eviction, which show that no damage was done. He says that he's being targeted because of his fame.
“So if y’all see some bulls*it on TMZ saying, 'oh, Chris Brown and them trashed the f-cking house' or whatever, that’s the people, the landlords trying to get some money,” he said. “It’s f*cking petty and it’s unnecessary. I don’t conduct myself like that. We turn up, we have fun; we’re not no f*cking animals, bro.”
