Here’s How Khloe Kardashian Got Her New Butt

Two years and lots of oatmeal

Khloe Kardashian can’t stop talking about her new body. In the season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the reality star flaunted her newfound curves and toned stomach for the cover of Complex. Her rounder backside has been the topic of much controversy. Is it real or is it fake? Khloe won’t fess up to any surgical enhancements but she’s opening up about the diet and exercise routine that helped baby get back.

“I always wanted a great, round butt,” she tells NY MagHer trainer, famed celebrity fitness expert Gunnar Peterson, helped her in getting there. “Gunnar and I, for like two and a half years, we really worked on my butt and strengthening my legs. So I feel really accomplished about that.” Khloe still isn’t satisfied with her new body, though. “I’m like, I want muscular calves. So now we’re incorporating a ton of calf workouts in, which I feel good about whenever I do them.”

As for her diet, she sticks to clean eating like fruit and almond butter for her 6:30am workout, protein shakes and almond milk. During hair and makeup, she stuffs her face with more healthy foods. “And then around nine or ten we do hair and makeup. I normally eat something like oatmeal or a hard-boiled egg during glam.”
