Teyana Taylor is the name on everyone's lips. This year's VMAs had plenty of memorable moments (Drake reaching peak thirst levels over Rihanna, Beyonce performing and snatching everyone's edges), but Taylor's awe-inspiring dance moves in Kanye's "Fade" video caused the internet to have a collective fit. In addition to being an amazingly skilled dancer (and singer, and actress, and new mother), Teyana's body had everyone seriously contemplating a gym membership, because seriously - how?
So what's the secret to Teyana's envy-inducing physique? Trust us, it's not the "I go to the gym twice a day," uber strict diet secret you're used to hearing from celebs.
"You're going to gag right now because I would really be lying to you if I told you that I worked out," Taylor told Vogue. "I keep it really real, I don't like to lie and say I work out, three, four times a week. All I do is dance. All I do is dance."
"I think dancing, as far as fitness, is very underrated. Whether that's Zumba, tap dancing, or ballet, you have to realize that this is an actual workout," she continued. "Sometime this year, I want to make a DVD. For real. Most people are selfish - they're trying to keep all their secrets to themselves. But I really want to do it to help out all of the ladies. My diet sucks. I eat pizza, fried chicken, macaroni. I don't eat vegetables. But I dance!"
