Kanye Calls Taylor Swift "Fake Ass" In Meltdown

Kanye flips out before Saturday Night Live

By Sowmya Krishnamurthy

Kanye West isn't happy with Taylor Swift. Despite claiming that he got permission to use her name (and call her a "bitch") in his song "Famous," the rapper thinks she's a "fake ass."

Kanye drops this thought before his performance on Saturday Night Live. In the audio clip obtained by Page SixKanye goes on a crazy rant about his greatness and claims he's “50 percent more influential” than filmmaker Stanley Kubrick, Pablo Picasso, St. Paul the Apostle and drug lord Pablo Escobar.“Are they f—–g crazy? Whoa by 50 percent [I am more influential than] Stanley Kubrick, Picasso, Apostle Paul, f—–g Picasso and Escobar," he yells. "By 50 percent more influential than any other human being. Don’t f–k with me. Don’t f–k with me. Don’t f–k with me. By 50 percent dead or alive, by 50 percent for the next 1,000 years. Stanley Kubrick, ‘Ye.”

Page Six reports that the whole thing started because Kanye got angry at staffers for ripping up the floor from his performance set--because it caused a weird reflection on camera. So much so, that he threatened to walk off before the live taping. He's heard yelling, “Look at that s–t they took my f—–g stage off’a ‘SNL’ without asking me. I am bummed … If I am going to do this, we are breaking the m———–g Internet.” A source close to Kanye tells the media outlet, “Right before he was about to go on live television, they took his stage apart. Like any artist, he’s a perfectionist, and wanted his performance to be right. Of course he was upset.”
