As previously reported, Brown has been allegedly consistently evading Tran's restraining order, refusing to be served not once, but three times. According to the New York Daily News, Brown won't even allow his law firm to accept service of the paperwork, which puts Tran in a difficult spot.
"Generally, high profile people accept service through their attorneys," Michelle Trigger, Tran's lawyer, explained to the Daily News.
Tran is protected for the time being by a temporary restraining order, but in an effort to get things moving, Tran and her attorneys have hired a private firm to track Brown down and serve the papers.
"Miss Tran is truly looking to get this matter handled in the most expeditious way possible," said Patrick Blood, another of Tran's lawyers.
