Kelly Rowland's Book Signing Was Crashed By Anti-Fur Protesters (Video)

"Kelly Rowland has blood on her hands!" they began to chant at one point.

Kelly Rowland got way, way more than she bargained for at a book signing in Ridgewood, New Jersey on Wednesday night.

Rowland was in town to sign copies of Whoa, Baby!, her newly-released guide to motherhood, when things took a turn for the dramatic, TMZ reports. A group of animal rights activists crashed the party; the small group pretended to want to take a photo with Rowland, but then once they positioned themselves in the front of the room, unfurled anti-fur posters and began causing a scene.

"Kelly Rowland has blood on her hands!" they began to chant at one point.

Honestly, it was a mess, and though Kelly looks a tad frazzled in the video — and who wouldn't? —she handled it pretty well.

Take a look at the footage below.
