Khloé Kardashian’s brand right now is centered around her wanting to “help” people lose weight, like she did. It’s a big part of her show Revenge Body, and also a huge part of her social media. She posts constant pics at the gym and Snapchats herself working out all the time.
For most of us, the training, free time, and food options available to the Kardashians are completely out of reach. Of course that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t work out or try to eat well, but for some, seeing these famous sisters get fit with so much help is frustrating.
US Magazine reports that Khloé recently went back on Snapchat to tell everyone who has a problem with her sharing her workout routines to take a literal and figurative hike. She says, “What bothers me so much about people is that I'm giving you guys my workouts on my snaps for free, so what the f**k?”
She continued, “Why the f**k are you still complaining and saying, 'If I had a trainer, if I had a gym. Well, I don't have a gym. We're doing everything outside. I'm showing you guys how to do the workouts so you don't need a trainer. I'm using everything that I'm sure you guys have around the house, or improvise! What the f**k!"
Yeah, just pick up a big boulder or your recycling bag and swing it around!
Getting in shape is hard. If you find watching Khloé work her abs under the tutelage of a professional trainer, maybe don’t watch her Snapchat, because it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna stop. On the other hand, if she thinks her fitness routine is attainable for most people, she’s out of her damn mind.
Khloé does sign off with a pretty good burn though:
“If only complaining burned calories, you guys would be some healthy motherf**kers. But to all the ones who appreciate my snaps, I love you and God bless."
If only complaining did burn calories, i’d have to eat two cartons of ice cream every day just to maintain.
