Khloe Kardashian Opened Up About Rob's Weight Gain, Says He Felt "Invisible"

She referred to his time out of the spotlight as "two years of darkness."

On her new show Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, Khloe regularly talks about her past as the "fat sister" of the family, and uses her own experiences to help contestants change their lives — and their bodies — for the better.

Recently, Khloe also talked about her brother Rob's experiences too, Us Weekly reports. As I'm sure many remember, Rob's weight gain led him to withdraw from the spotlight and even limit his participation in the family hustle, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. He even skipped out on his sister Kim's wedding a few years back because he didn't feel comfortable with himself.

"My brother, when he gained a lot of weight, I told him I felt like, 'You became invisible for a couple of years,'" Khloe said. She went on to refer to her brother's self-imposed isolation as "two years of darkness."

Fortunately, it seems like both Rob and Khloe are in better head spaces these days, a change which Khloe credits to the gym. Check out the video below for more on how fitness has changed Khloe's life.
