Ever since Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, fans have been calling for the famous family to tone it down on social media. Some are even blaming Kim for what happened to her, saying that she "asked for it" by flaunting her wealth on Instagram mere hours before the incident.
One person who isn't paying any mind to those naysayers is Khloe Kardashian. Earlier this week, she posted a photo showing off her diamond rings, as well as her boyfriend Tristan Thompson's considerable bling.
It didn't take long for the backlash to start. Shortly after she uploaded the flashy photo, negative comments started to flood in.
"Very nice but be careful you don't want to be the next one robbed," wrote one follower.
"Why would you post your jewelry on social media right after your sister did the same thing and got robbed?" posted another.
"I see she wants to get robbed too," wrote yet another, and on and on it went.
Khloe hasn't been paying attention to any of the haters though. She posted a thoughtful shoutout to her fans later that day, writing on Twitter, "'The deepest craving of human nature is the need to be appreciated.' Please know how much I love and appreciate you! God bless."
What do you think? Is the hate thrown Khloe's way sexist (no one's criticizing Tristan, after all), or should she give it a rest?
