Kim Kardashian is a master shade thrower while Protector Saint of the Basics Taylor Swift, is having a hard time keeping up. Now, the battle over a highly controversial lyric that referenced sex with the blonde pop star on Kanye West's track "Famous" is spilling onto our TV screens in an upcoming episode of the Kardashian Krew's notorious reality series.
To review: Yeezy's most inflammatory single gained considerable attention for one particular lyric in which Kanye states: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous." Kanye was ostensibly referring to an older feud with Swift, but also claimed that he had consulted with Taylor over his choice words. T. Swift later denied that she had given any kind of approval, with Kim jumping in to say that the meeting was actually recorded on video.
Ok, now we're up to speed. So what's happening on this front lately? In a trailer for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim implies that people are out to "make [Kanye] look a certain way."
Marie Claire notes that "the preview aired directly after last week's episode, but mysteriously hasn't showed up on E!'s YouTube channel yet."
Will Kanye and Taylor ever put aside their long history? Will Kim drop this mysterious video? Will we ever achieve world peace? Only time will tell.
