Nicki Minaj is the queen of keeping it real.

The rapper has been slaying during New York Fashion Week this year (that hair though!), and even performed during Philipp Plein's Spring/Summer '18 runway show.

According to Page Six, Minaj finished her performance — which took place in front of such A-listers as Paris Hilton, 50 Cent, and Ne-Yo — by touching on a topic that's getting more and more attention in recent years: cultural appropriation. Minaj called out designers for appropriating black style, and gave Plein accolades for doing better.

"Thank you, Philipp Plein, for including our culture," Nicki said. "Designers get really big and really rich off of our culture, and then you don't see a motherf*c ker that look anything like us in the front row half the time. So let's make some noise for Philipp Plein tonight."

Preach, Nicki, preach.
