People Think Kylie's Newest Merch Is Ripped Off From Another Streetwear Brand

Another day, another accusation...

Kylie Jenner's shop has been teasing new merch in anticipation of the launch of her pop-up store in New York City. But some of her latest articles of clothing have some fans raising their eyebrows:

Seems like comparisons of the new Kyle swag to streetwear brand Cake Asia aren't too difficult to make. But let's be real: all these companies are just lifting Hot Topic styles circa 2001 and re-selling them as health goth for fashion try-hards. Ain't none of it original.

A Cake Asia flame sweatsuit will set you back a whopping $175 dollars, while the Kylie iteration doesn't have a price listed yet. Pretty sure I bought my version of this sweater for, like, $30 dollars from a mall on Long Island over a decade ago. Actually, I probably stole it when I was being young and "free."

Kylie's webstore currently has a countdown clock going until Valentine's day, when it seems likely she'll finally announce the location and opening date of her Manhattan shop.
