Tanisha Thomas Reveals How She Lost 12 Pounds In One Week

This reality star finally put down the junk food. Now, she's schooling us all with her stunning transformation! 

You know her from brea breaking up fights and guzzling whipped cream on Bad Girls Club, and now Tanisha Thomas is taking on a gig as host of a new talk show, Crazy Talk. We all know that the camera adds (at least) ten pounds, so in order to get in fighting shape for her new job, Thomas worked with doctors who put her on a high-protein liquid diet for three months.

Thomas says, "The weight loss was really simple for me... I had [a few] slip ups in there, you know wine, sangria, champagne, you know, but once I got that out [of] my system I started to see the weight drop. Within the first week I lost 12 pounds--that was all the motivation I needed." But Thomas warns about her strategy of diet and light exercise, "It may not work for you. You may pass out and your wig may fall out in the middle of the street."

Tanisha's three tips for weight loss? 1. Be disciplined, 2. Be motivated, and 3. Stay on track.
