Lil Wayne shocked many last week when, in an interview with Nightline, he claimed that the Black Lives Matter movement didn't matter to him. Now, T.I. is coming for Weezy with a lesson on social responsibility, hoping Lil Tunechi changes his tune.
In a post on Instagram, T.I. shared his shock and outrage at Wayne over his insensitive comments made about the social justice movement.
"I don't know what you goin thru, or what you are attempting to avoid but this sh*t is absolutely unacceptable!" T.I. wrote in a letter addressed to Wayne in the post. "Bro if you don't stand for something out here, all the money, jewelry, cars, mansions[,] bandannas & hit records don't mean shit!" he continued.
T.I. went on to characterize Wayne's actions as "Uncle Tom Sh*t" and blasted Weezy for being inside a "bubble." "When the reporter began asking me questions about my daughter being labeled a bitch and a hoe, I got agitated. From there, there was no thought put into her questions and my responses ... Apologies to anyone who was offended," he said to TMZ.
But, he also had this to say just a few hours after T.I.'s rant.:
Guess Wayne won't be taking T.I. up on his offer? SMH.
