Did Nicki Minaj almost end up in another rap feud with someone besides Remy Ma? According to UK rapper Lady Leshurr, she was offered a large sum of money to come out with a diss track aimed at Nicki.

Leshurr revealed that way back when, she flew out to meet with Atlantic Records and the plan was for her to make her debut in America with a Nicki Minaj diss.

"I got a weird vibe about the situation," she explained in an interview with DJ Dubl back in January. "The fact that you only want me to do a diss record — that's how you want to break me. You don't want to break me because of my talent, you don't want to break me because of how I sound and what my style's like, you just want me to take down another female rapper."

Leshurr ultimately turned down the deal and the $250k attached to it. You can hear her talk about the situation, and her views on the importance of female artists supporting each other, starting at the 18:35 mark.

Yesterday, Nicki posted a clip of the interview on Instagram, writing in the caption, "NO 1 WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ALL THIS POWER!!!!! *Kanye voice* Sis they been lookin for a test dummy for years. There would've been lots of party favors in it for ya. U ain't know? Haha! Fix it Jesus! P.S. [love her accent]."

Maybe they'll do a collab one day? Fingers crossed! In the meantime, you can check out Nicki's post below.
